No. If a client already has a website, you can leave it alone and build around it. You can paste the website chat widget on any website (WordPress or anything else), and you can give the client a phone number and a form without using the website builder at all.

Many clients do not know their website login, so changing the site is often more complicated than it is worth. Only host or redesign the site if you need to, or if that is part of the service you sell. To add the chat widget to their site, the widget code has to be placed on the site.
